CUSTODIAN

 

Education:         At least a high school diploma or equivalent

General Duties:

• Develop and maintain a cleaning schedule that will include cleaning of floors, wastebaskets, windows, furniture, equipment, and restrooms.
• Keep building and grounds, including sidewalks, driveways, and parking lots, neat and clean.
• Comply with local laws and procedures for storage and disposal of trash
• Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment and order additional supplies as needed.
• Establish procedures for locking, checking, and safeguarding facilities.

 

Experience:       Some experience related to the above duties is preferred
