Campus Secretary

West Elementary

 

Education:

At least a high school diploma with additional formal training

 

General Duties:

• Works under the general supervision of the campus principal
• Performs the usual office routines and practices associated with a busy yet productively run office
• Keeps informed of and complies with state, district, and school policies and regulations concerning primary job functions
• Performs other duties as assigned

 Experience:

• Prior successful experience as a campus secretary, and knowledge of the TxEIS/Ascender software system preferred
• Proficient skills in typing, computer data entry, familiar with Microsoft Office, PEIMS experience
• Must have successful experience in dealing with children
